What the demo shows

A written walkthrough of the video, in order.

1. 1.

   Admin dashboard

   The video opens on the admin dashboard for a sample staffing company: this cycle's production, year-to-date production, commissions owed this cycle and the next pay date, above a chart of team production by month and shortcuts to upload a CSV, add a rep, review records and view payouts.

2. 2.

   Team leaderboard and top customers

   Scrolling down shows the team leaderboard (top producers this cycle, with year-to-date totals and percent of goal) and a top-customers table with year-to-date production, this cycle's production, sale count, last sale date and the reps on each account.

3. 3.

   Sales and split codes

   The Sales page lists each recorded sale with its rep, customer and amount. Sales recorded against split code S-001 (“AE + Recruiter Split”) are divided 50/50 between two reps, and the split-code panel shows the code's total production this cycle and year to date.

4. 4.

   Commission overrides

   The Overrides page shows one rep earning a 2% override on three other reps' commission, funded as an addition rather than a deduction.

5. 5.

   The rep portal

   Switching to a read-only preview of one rep's portal shows their annual goal with a pace marker, year-to-date production and projected year-end total, the last and current cycles with the payout for each, production and commission charts, the overrides they earned from other reps, their share of split-code production, and their tiered plan with the current tier highlighted.
