Accessibility statement

Last reviewed September 27, 2026

ClearComp is used by the people who run commission payroll and by the reps who get paid from it. Everyone in both groups should be able to use it, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard, magnification or voice control.

Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the public website, the admin app and the rep portal.

How we build it

Our standard for every screen:

  • A unique page title, one main heading and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Every control reachable and usable with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • AA color contrast for text and controls, and no text smaller than 12px.
  • Visible labels on form fields, and errors announced to assistive technology.
  • Dialogs that keep focus inside them and close with Escape.
  • Layouts that work at 390px wide and at 200% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • The product demo video has a written walkthrough on the demo page.

Known limitations

We’re still working on these. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we’ll help directly.

  • The demo video does not have closed captions yet. A written walkthrough is available instead.
  • Some charts in the admin dashboard and rep portal are still getting full text alternatives.
  • Older parts of the app may not yet meet every contrast and target-size requirement.

Request an accommodation or report a barrier

If you have trouble using any part of ClearComp, or need information in a different format, email support@getclearcomp.com with the subject “Accessibility request”. Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use if any. We’ll reply as soon as we can and work with you on an accessible way to get it done — for example, sending a payout breakdown in a format that works for you.
