You can sign up in minutes, and most teams are fully live within a week. The longest part is entering your existing comp plans into the plan builder — something you only do once. You can also upload a PDF or photo of a plan and ClearComp drafts the tiers for you to review.

Yes. Set ladders like “25% up to $300K, 40% above, 50% above $500K” as retro, step-up or retro-to-step-up tiers, and ClearComp moves reps up as they cross each threshold.

Yes. Adjustments let you correct, claw back or add to any payout, and every change is recorded in the audit trail.

Reps get an email with a secure link to set their own password when you activate their portal — not when you first add them — so you can check their numbers before they see anything. No admin passwords are shared. Reps then sign in at getclearcomp.com/login.

Their production to date, pace toward their goal, commission earned, projected commission for the current cycle, a line-by-line breakdown of each payout, and a chart of their performance by period.

You get full access to every feature. A card is required to start, and your first charge is when the trial ends on day 15. Cancel any time before then and you’re not billed.

ClearComp costs $199 to $999 per month depending on how many reps you pay: Starter $199 (1–10 reps), Team $299 (11–25), Growth $499 (26–50) and Professional $999 (51–100). Above 100 reps, Enterprise pricing is custom. Every plan includes every feature.

You’ll see an upgrade prompt as you approach your plan’s rep limit. Moving between plans is instant, and billing is prorated automatically.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each company’s data is isolated with row-level security. We never sell customer data. We share it only with the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy.
